we organise a schedule of private one to one meetings according
to your priorities. We will send the schedule by email one
week before the event to each participants.

Thus, a week before the event, you will receive your personalised
and individual schedule considering your choices and your
priorities. This schedule mentions the details of your interlocutors
and the desk's number where you attend the meeting. Each participant
must respect carefully the timing. Every meetings last 35
minutes and takes place on the exhibitor's booth. Otherwise,
all our team will be present and remains at your disposal
for any enquiries or to organise additional meetings directly
on the event.
