Be careful ! Your registration will be effective only after reception of your order formulary entirely filled, by fax or by postal mail. We will warn you as soon as the catalogue will be online on our website. Then you will have a complete access to this book (confidential information) , thanks to your login & password. This technical book gathers all the information of attending companies (suppliers & buyers) and a full-details program of workshops.

   
It allows you to select your futures interlocutors according to your own interests but also to refuse to meet persons whose profile does not suit you (each rejection should be clearly noticed on time or it will not be considered) . You will also have to precise your availabilities (days and hours), and to select workshops you want to be present.
   
You will receive an updated copy of this catalogue, directly on the event.
 
Your Personalised Meeting Schedule
 

Considering your choices, your rejections, and your availabilities, we organise a schedule of private one to one meetings according to your priorities. We will send the schedule by email one week before the event to each participants.

Thus, a week before the event, you will receive your personalised and individual schedule considering your choices and your priorities. This schedule mentions the details of your interlocutors and the desk's number where you attend the meeting. Each participant must respect carefully the timing. Every meetings last 35 minutes and takes place on the exhibitor's booth. Otherwise, all our team will be present and remains at your disposal for any enquiries or to organise additional meetings directly on the event.
